Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders and Public Expose 2015 of PT Hexindo Adiperkasa Tbk

Jakarta, September 17, 2015 – PT Hexindo Adiperkasa Tbk the exclusive dealer of Hitachi heavy equipment and after sales in Indonesia, held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) and Extra Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) in Hotel Fairmont Jakarta. The meeting was approved of the proposal meeting which are 6 agenda of AGMS and sole agenda of EGMS which is to approved the changes to the articles of association of the Company by adjusting the Regulation of the Indonesia Financial Services Authority.
Once completed the AGMS and EGMS meeting, the company was also organizing a Public Expose as disclosure of information to the public to share information about the current company’s performance and future action plans at the same place. Public expose was attended by invitees who came from the Analyst, Securities Company, Asset management, Journalists and Shareholders. On this occasion the invitees are allowed to provide questions and interview the board of directors.
