Operating in an increasingly tough business environment in the heavy equipment in Indonesia, following the sharp decline in commodity prices, especially in coal prices in the past two years, PT. Hexindo Adiperkasa Tbk. continues to strive to make improvements and increase the capabilities and product knowledge of our Part Sales Representatives (PSR) in order to support our customers better.
Meeting at Aston Marina Hotel, the PSR from all Hexindo branches throughout Indonesia follow the training to upgrade their Product Knowledge and Marketing strategies skills.
There were speakers from several major Hexindos’ vendor, such as Hitachi Construction Machinery both from Japan and Singapore, as well as experienced Department Managers in their specialized field, to help provide useful & practical knowledge to support and give “ammunitions” for PSR to close sales professionally.
On that occasion, the management of Hexindo rewarded the TOP 3 Parts Salesman for their hard work and achievement during 2012. Those selected will get a chance to visit the Hitachi factory and Central Part Depot in Japan.
